Just imagine, you are having Dosa in a breakfast. A full meal which includes a roti, rice, panner, curry, various sweets such as rasmalai, rasgulla. A buttermilk after the lunch. In evening some light fast food such as Panipuri. Then a dinner which includes again a light meal. I said to just imagine! Your mouth has already started watering. Then what will happen if you will eat this food?

India is famous for all types of dishes. Then it may be a breakfast or a full meal. These dishes have variety according to region, geographical area, climate, and many more. This blog is the journey of such famous dishes all over India.
We will begin with the dishes eaten in breakfast. Poha, Upma, Idli, Dhokla are the famous dishes enjoyed in the breakfast all over India but mainly in western and southern India. In addition to that Kachori, Omelette, Paratha adds to beauty of Indian breakfast.

In full meal there are dishes such as Papad as starter. A roti which is made up of wheat. A curry which is of various forms. For example Dal Tadka, Dal Fry. Then there is dishes of Panner in veg and chicken in non veg. In south India there is mostly rice and curry named "sambhar" as a meal. Northen region in Delhi there is Chole Bhature and kulche.
After a meal we can have different varieties of "Pan" that is a betel leaf with various spices. It is really beneficial for our digestive system.
