India is a land of spices. India is known for "Unity In Diversity". There is diversity in each and every aspect. Same diversity is seen in dishes and cuisine. If we enter the south the list goes on and on. Pootharekulu is famous in Andhra Pradesh. Palad payasam is sweet dish in Kerala. Kozhukatta is another in the state. Mysore Pak is a delicious sweet in Tamil Nadu. The list goes on and on.
